Web Design

Our primary work is web design. We specialize in clean, XHTML and CSS corporate brochure web sites. These days, the best marketing tool you have is your website. A website is the key component of the new school of marketing, that is moving away from the old "Sell! Sell! Sell!" philosophy a new one that says simply "Make things easy to buy." When customers look for products and services, they no longer look first to newspaper ads or the television or the salesman at the store. They hop on the web, pull up their favorite search engine, and browse online. Do you have a site up so customers can find you?

When the web really got rolling back in the 90s site design standards were much lower, and search engines were much easier to game (making them unreliable). To gain customer's trust you can no longer hand the reins of your site to just anyone. You need a site that is well designed with SEO in mind so that search engines will be able to index your site. Contact us today and let's get your site on the road to helping customers find you.

Logo Design

Most people we work with are just getting started, and as such they usually do not have logos yet. That's ok! Because we can also provide logo designs. Getting your logo done is a first step towards bigger things. You can't really determine the look of all your collateral materials and web site until you have a logo design.

Your logo will influence how all of your other materials will look, and starting with the mark helps you determine a general style for everything else related to your branding. Logo design is essentially the foundation that everything else is built on. The most beautiful website in the world can be ruined by a terrible logo.

The upside, is that once you have a killer logo, it really does make the direction your other materials will go in much clearer. Once you've worked out the style of the logo, you can start applying the same look, feel, and color scheme to every other facet of your marketing materials.

Collateral Materials

This is everything else. While we specialize in logo and web design it doesn't mean we are limited to just those projects. You'll of course want business cards, and maybe a smattering of other things, which may include:

  • Identity Package/Stationery
  • Invitations
  • Posters
  • Flyers
  • Ad Banners
  • Direct Mail
  • Menus

...Or whatever else you can think up. Contact us today and let's talk about what we can do for you.

Website Pricing

Hourly Rate: $50/hr
+ *Production Costs (hosting/stock imagery)

We charge $50 an hour for our services (with the exception of logo design). If you are looking for a more specific number, we will need to get more details about your needs to work up a quote. For a typical site, assuming you like what we do right off the bat and don't need multiple rounds of revisions, a 10 page or under site will be under 20 hours of work (20 hours x $50 = $1000).

*If you need stock images, domain registration, or file hosting we can make suggestions on where to procure those services but you will be responsible for retaining them.

Logo Design: $500

This is a flat fee. We typically start out with 10 or so rough ideas, and then narrow it down to 2 or 3 to flesh out a little bit for you to choose from. Once you make your choice we'll take the winner and polish it up further and make any changes you request. The process usually takes between 10-20 hours, but turnaround for a finished product will largely depend on how quickly you provide feedback.

Note that I am completely unaffiliated with the above sites, they are just a couple articles I found helpful myself, even if they are on pages that are a little old
